#FUTURE_KIDS International Platform
Aimed at Collecting, Publishing, and Archiving Children’s and Teenagers’ Creative Works

Introduction

The Future Kids International Event is a global project designed to collect and publish the visual ideas and works of children and teenagers aged 2 to 13. The initiative seeks to identify, nurture, and showcase the talents and intellectual potential of the digital generation. This event creates a unique platform to discover the pure creativity of the new generation across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region while using art as a medium for intercultural communication.

Future Kids is committed to introducing and archiving the creations of today’s children and teenagers—works filled with authenticity, imagination, and dreams—as a valuable heritage for the future. Alongside the global dissemination and documentation of these creations, the project will develop a comprehensive database reflecting the diverse native cultures within its target community. This database will serve as an engaging and valuable resource for researchers, cultural managers, and educational institutions worldwide.

Importance of the Target Community

The MENA region, with a population of approximately 411 million, has nearly half of its population under the age of 24, including a significant number of children and teenagers. An estimated 20–25% of this population (around 80–100 million) comprises children aged 2 to 13. This highlights the importance of Future Kids’ target community in collecting and publishing the artistic works of this emerging generation.

The large number of children in this age group, coupled with their widespread access to digital tools, provides an enormous capacity for creating and sharing visual art and creative ideas. This represents a significant opportunity for fostering cultural and artistic connections across future societies in these regions.

The Future Kids International Event offers children a unique opportunity to share their creativity and worldview with peers around the globe. It not only serves as a platform to inspire and encourage the younger generation but also opens a gateway to a more connected and humane world through art and culture.

Project’s Message

"Children today shape the future; let their stories and dreams live on through art and creativity."

Objectives

1. Identifying and Nurturing Talent: Discover artistic and creative talents and provide an environment for developing creativity and ideation among children and teenagers.
2. Inspiring Motivation and Confidence: Offer a democratic platform for showcasing and archiving children’s works and ideas, encouraging them to continue their artistic and creative pursuits in an era where artificial intelligence and complex regional dynamics demand greater reflection and innovation.
3. Facilitating International Connections within MENA: Promote global friendship and understanding through the creative outputs of children and teenagers while fostering greater appreciation of cultural similarities and differences.
4. Preserving Works for the Future: Create a comprehensive archive of children’s and teenagers’ creative works, published as curated books and digital editions.
