Cultural institute of SAFPEM (Middle East & Europe Specialized Institute of Contemporary Arts) was founded by some artists of different fields in France and Canada in 2016. Since 2013, this group was also registered in France as FMICA Organizers in form of non-profit associations, which are managed by directors of some countries. SAFPEM – FMICA Organizers has well known artists from different group of ages in these two regions and attempts to improve quality of different-generation works by combining different artistic generations and supporting them professionally and adequately. Moreover, this group has encouraged cooperation with cultural associations, international festivals, International press, philharmonic and symphonic orchestras, and Educational departments of different universities in France, Italy, Iran, China, England, Arab Emirates, Tunisia, Morocco, Turkey, USA, Aljazeera. And, they attempt to encourage their cooperation with other countries.

Karim LAKZADEH (Filmmaker)
Born in 1986- Shiraz, Iran, after graduating from Theater School in 2004 he studied in the major of TV Directing. First he focused on story writing for the films and theater and his story; I AM SPELLED won the prize in and reciting the play Fortress, won the best Experimental Theater direction award.
Then he made 6 shorts, which were successful in local festivals and award in the different festivals (details are in the filmography section), before making his first feature Foroud, as his graduation film.

Redhead
Farhad has returned to his birth village after years. His brother, Reza, wants him to stay and help him get their inherited land back from their uncle. Suddenly, Reza dies and gets involved in Farhad’s life in another form. They begin a journey to the woods of spirits for revenge; an Odyssey-like journey of self-awareness; a journey to the past and future.
